BavariaDirekt launches its new residential building product for private customers

Munich, March 13, 2025 – We are pleased to announce the successful go-live of BavariaDirekt’s new residential building product for private customers. The product is based on the current version of the Faktor-IPM portfolio system for the PnC lines of business. Internal sales already started in November 2024.
The project started in February 2024 and was successfully implemented in just nine months. A particular highlight is the use of an extended creditor procedure from Faktor-IPM Commercial, which offers extended functionality and data management for the creditor.
A big thank you goes to all those involved for the excellent coordination between BavariaDirekt, the Versicherungskammer Bayern and Inverso, whose cooperation contributed significantly to the success of the project.
The new home contents product was successfully integrated into the existing commission and portfolio system in the fourth quarter of 2023. Faktor Zehn and BavariaDirekt have been working together since 2019 to manage the comprehensive modernization process of the BavariaDirekt system landscape.

The excellent collaboration of recent years completely paid off in the implementation of the building product. The project team is well-rehearsed and knows exactly what it has to do. This was the only way we could achieve this result in just 9 months. This sets the bar higher for future challenges, which motivates us for the next tasks.
