Faktor Zehn celebrates its 20th anniversary
On our 20th anniversary, we would like to thank all our employees, customers and partners for their trust and many years of excellent cooperation.
Munich, December 10, 2024 – We, Faktor Zehn GmbH, are celebrating our 20th anniversary today. Since our foundation in 2004, we have established ourselves as a leading provider of software solutions for the core processes of the insurance industry. Since then, numerous insurance companies in the DACH region have placed their trust in our expertise. Today, we can look back on a series of milestones and achievements.
Milestones of a success story
The release of our Faktor-IPS product system in 2005 laid the foundation for all other software modules. In 2012, the merger with ConVista Consulting AG strengthened our market presence and delivery capability. In the years that followed, we were able to continuously expand our product portfolio with the aim of achieving complete coverage of insurance processes.
Customer success and international presence
Today, numerous leading insurance companies, including Debeka, ERGO, HDI, NÜRNBERGER, Provinzial and Signal Iduna, use our core software. In total, six of the ten largest insurance companies in Germany are among our satisfied customers who successfully use our software solutions. Meanwhile, our solutions are not only in operation in Germany, but also in Austria and the Netherlands.

AXA relies on Faktor Zehn software for its industry sector
As part of the project, the Faktor Zehn software modules for product management, policy management, quotation management and document management will be integrated into the AXA system landscape.
In addition to commercial business, VPV now also relies for it`s private business on Faktor Zehn Software
The signing of the contract on 10 December 2024 marks the start of an even closer partnership between the two companies.

As part of the project, the product system, the policy system and the claims system of Faktor Zehn will be integrated into VPV's system landscape.
